Broccoli Salad



I'm excited to share this recipe with you. I really love how easy this comes together, and often I will make a batch of it on the weekend to enjoy alongside a sandwich at lunch throughout the week. But, it's also a favorite at every summer time get together, and few things are easier to put together than this recipe when you're ready to get outside and enjoy the sunshine!

First, you'll measure out and prepare your mix-ins:
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and cut to bite size pieces
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup red onion
1/4 cup golden raisins


Then mix together your dressing:
1/3 cup light mayo
1/4 cup plain, fat free yogurt
3 TB sugar
1 TB vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper


Add 12 oz raw broccoli florets to the dressing, and your mix-ins;
stir gently until everything is combined.



Refrigerate one hour before serving.

  1. OMG!!! Love this! Is this supposed to be a replica of the Broccoli Salad from the Walmart/Sam's Club???
